Design and usefulness determine whether the user leaves with a positive impression after visiting your site. Was the navigation easy to manage? Was finding the needed information easily and quickly accomplished? Would your site be recommended to another user? Those are all questions to consider.
Implementation
This may sound crazy, but I always say that a website is a living thing. It must be constantly fed new content to keep the new as well as the returning users satisfied. Updating and expanding the site also helps with your page ranking.
